Onlixy.com is a digital SaaS platform, and all our services, subscriptions, and products are delivered online only. We do not ship any physical goods. Access to your software and related services will be granted digitally upon successful purchase, onboarding, and verification.

a. Delivery Method

All services, licenses, and platform credentials are delivered via:

- Email (registered during signup)
- In-platform dashboard access
- Client onboarding portal or links provided post-purchase

b. Delivery Timeline

- Standard Setup: Access and deployment within 24 to 72 business hours of payment confirmation.
- Custom Setup (branded domains, automation workflows, CRM, LMS): May take up to 5–7 business days, depending on the scope and client requirements.



3. No Physical Shipping

As our services are entirely digital:

- No shipping charges are applied.
- No physical delivery address is required.
- Shipping providers/couriers are not involved.



4. Client Responsibility

- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate business information during signup.
- Delays in delivery may occur if onboarding details are incomplete or incorrect.
- You must check your email (including spam/junk folders) for communication from mailto: support@onlixy.com.



5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you have not received access within the specified timeframe:

- Include your order ID, business name, and email used during registration
- Our team will respond within 24 business hours



6. Service Availability

Our services are available to clients across India and globally. However, certain features (e.g., WhatsApp automation or payment gateway integrations) may be restricted based on local regulations or regional service limitations.
