Subscription Cancellations:
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
- Access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid term.
2.Courses, Webinars & Programs
All training programs, digital courses, and live webinars sold through Vinod Kumar Tirkey (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.
Exceptions (if applicable):
- If a course or webinar fails to deliver the promised content due to technical reasons on our end, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a possible resolution or partial refund.
3. Coaching Services
Personal coaching sessions (1-to-1 or group-based) are booked in advance and are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments without notice will be counted as completed and are not eligible for a refund.
4. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once or received a billing error, please contact our support within 7 days of the transaction. Verified errors will be refunded promptly.
